Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GrowthQ, a product operated by MaveriQ Technologies ("MaveriQ", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

GrowthQ provides AI-powered tools for content research, generation, and publishing across third-party platforms. Output from AI agents is provided "as-is" — you are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it under your brand.

2. Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information when creating an organization. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing member access and permissions within your organization.

3. Credits and billing

Plans include a monthly credit allotment consumed by agent actions. Unused credits do not roll over unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for billing disputes.

4. Acceptable use

  • You will not use GrowthQ to generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the platform's infrastructure.
  • You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platform you publish to (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc).

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of brand assets and content you generate using GrowthQ. MaveriQ retains ownership of the platform, agent models, and underlying technology.

6. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

GrowthQ is provided without warranties of any kind. MaveriQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including content performance or third-party platform actions.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, organization details provided at signup.
  • Brand data — website URLs, brand assets, and voice profiles you provide to power agent output.
  • Usage data — agent runs, generated content, and platform analytics tied to your organization.
  • Billing data — processed via Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

2. How we use information

We use collected data to operate and improve GrowthQ, including training agent memory specific to your brand, generating content, and providing analytics. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-party services

GrowthQ integrates with AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI), authentication providers (Clerk), payment processors (Stripe), and publishing platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube) to deliver core functionality. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

4. Data retention

We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.

Data & Security

GrowthQ uses row-level security at the database layer to enforce strict tenant isolation — no organization can access another organization's data, even in the event of an application-layer bug. All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Credentials and API keys are encrypted at rest.
